I worked with David Ortega and I have to say both David and the dealership worked together to provide me with the smoothest, fastest, zero surprise car buying experience I have ever had. One of the worst Customer Service Departments I’ve ever encountered. I took my 2021 GMC Sierra in to have the AC serviced. I was told on the initial part of the visit that I would be called after lunch of the diagnosis by a lady(dropped off at 9am). I never received a call back so I called up there deep in the afternoon. I originally pulled in to ask about getting a quote for a damaged camera on my vehicle and to schedule oil and filter service as well as tire rotation. They got me the quote and went ahead and took care of my oil change and tire rotation while I was there. Excellent!
The Service Department and the Parts Department are just too cool. They are not only professional but their friendly demeanor in the morning sets my day positively. Thanks guys. Can't wait to see y'all again.
