Mr. David Ortega and Scott Smith made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. I'm a disabled Veteran who recently got back on track financially and I was afraid to make such a big purchase on my own. These gentlemen were able to get me a deal that I could afford and I was able to drive off with a brand new crossover SUV with multiple warranties. I'm forever a customer and will send everyone I know their way.
Bait and switch tactics from every employee at this location. Avoid at all cost..... Contact who? This was done by the GM Josh who runs the place...
Wouldn’t shop around here. Came in for lease, numbers constantly changing, couldn’t answer questions regarding it. Kept trying to get me to sign Texas tax paperwork when it should be taxed in Oklahoma. Waste of time and money. Scott the sales guy was cool though, so if you go buy from him. Ethan on the other hand, not sure what his role is but he made the entire process extremely confusing.
As a colleague in the business. I find it distasteful to forcibly add dealer add-ons and not give the customer the option to remove them. I asked the sales manager three times to remove the $1995 in dealer add-ons which are basically nothing. Except for the window tint. As a professional on the business, I can get window tint done for $400 all day long for the entire vehicle. watch out for this shady dealership . we purchased 2025 terrain . Price out the door was $32,000 after down payment and discounts . we where surprised when we got the statement from the bank that the price was now $40,000. Finance guesses $8000.00 worth of gap insurance , extended warranty , glass etching etc . not one mention that this would be added . signed a bunch of paper work on ipad . just watch out as they add this stuff with out telling you . they are also so nice when you buy but the finance guy Chris will not give... read more
