Won a snake off an auction Monday got the snake in Wednesday. The customer service was really cut and dry. Said as little as possible and moved on. The snake we received did not look like the snake we saw in the auction picture. With some manipulation we got her to look similar to what was in the picture but using filters and ultra bright lights shouldn't be vogue if you want to be honest about what your snakes look like. We are quite disappointed. The snake is tiny but appears healthy so there is a slight silver lining.

The snake you received was exactly the same as in the picture. We use no filters only led lighting and definitely no flash. And snake was definitely healthy.
