I purchased a little CG het pied male from an auction at the end of October. The little guy arrived looking great. He unfortunately did not handle the stress of shipping very well and started declining. I was immediately in contact with Freedom Breeder. They were great and prompt with communication and worked with me throughout this ordeal. They offered to replace him should anything go bad. Nice snake to see
I received my two girls that I won on the Facebook auction today. They are in great shape. The packaging was great and the heat pack was still warm. Jessy was able to send it to my local FedEx hub so I could pick it up. It's cold here so that worked out great.
I got a 16 outlet bar and it came in with a few defects, sockets not working and flickering on and off. I sent Jessy a email and he told me I had another coming in the mail. I expected to send the other back but he said I could go ahead and keep it! He was very responsive and replied in a timely manner. Will be using them for any of my needs
