I have been a Freedom Boat club member for several years. I have enjoyed my base club (Saint Augustine, Fl) which includes Jax Beach, Julington Creek, Camache Cove, and Cat’s paw. I just feel like the crews are great, the variety of boats is excellent, and customer service is super responsive. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my club and doing reciprocal reservations at many locations including Lighthouse point, Stuart, and Pensacola. We have been extremely pleased with our FBC membership. Especially the reciprocal program. We actually use reciprocal clubs far more frequently than our home club. We joined in January 2023 and have used 60 reciprocal reservations at more than 12 different locations. Friendly staff. Clean boats. Ease of making reservations. Zero rants and nothing but raves from a couple of well seasoned boaters! We love FBC!!
I’ve been a loyal Freedom Boat Club member in good standing since 2021 and currently pay for the Concierge Membership, with my home marina at the Lighthouse Marina in Panama City Beach, FL. While I’ve enjoyed local access, my attempts to use the reciprocal membership benefits—which are a major selling point of the club—have been frustrating and, frankly, disappointing. Such a great experience for us around Freedom Boat Club! Lisa was absolutely amazing in being accommodating, prompt, answered all our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. The staff we met was friendly and all had smiles on their faces. This place is beautiful and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!
