Always a great experience going out of here. Friendly staff, great location and plenty of parking.
Our experience at this location starkly contrasts with others nationwide due to staff unprofessionalism, which is known and yet tolerated by local manager. Despite this, we've been pleased with FBC for over five years and still recommend it. We trust that corporate and local leadership will resolve the issues with their employee.
One employee was very unprofessional with an unnecessary attitude, making everyone uncomfortable. The only thing that made the experience better was a second employee taking over.
