Freedom Boat Club is working out to best the best decision we have made for our retirement years. Who wants the dock fees, maintenance, storage, gassing up and insurance as well as a $100,000 boat! It’s a no brainer!
Dockmaster was very friendly and professional. Boat was ready when we got there and we had an amazing Father’s Day on the water
2026 update. 6 year member here. Used to at least be able to get a boat in December or April. Now limited to no availability without 2 to 3 week advance reservation in the greater Fort Myers area. A long time dock hand told me FBC isn't even closer to maintaining the 10 member to one boat ratio they promise. Might find one zodiac that you can't fish from on short notice. Original post: Never any boats available, you have to make a reservation 2 to 3 weeks in advance and hope for decent weather on that day. Staff is friendly.
