We were visiting Beech Mountain and experience brake problems. Called Freedom AutoTec to discuss options and strategy. Josh was straight forward, said to bring it around 1pm. If he confirmed his theory he could get all parts and have done by the end of day. We arrived, he confirmed. We went to Boone for the afternoon to visit. Josh called us at 2:30 pm and said it was done. Exactly as quoted. Perfect experience.
Coming through Atlanta last Saturday my A/C went out . It was 98 degrees. We got to Surger Mountian. I went to looking for a auto tec after reading the reviews for Freedom AutoTec I called them. He was able to diagnose it that day. It needed a compressor they had on me the road in 2 hours. Did a great job and the bill was very reasonable on price. I highly recommend.
I was visiting Boone on vacation and had a flat tire. Took my car to Freedom AutoTec based on Google Reviews and I am glad I did. Mike and Gabe went out of their way to help me get my tire problem fixed so I could get home that same day. I highly recommend Freedom AutoTec!
Will be going back, fast and friendly felt like I was being treated as a person not someone who doesn’t know anything
The worst experience we have ever had. We took the car in to have the wheel bearings fixed. They broke my ABS, My driver side hub and lug nuts and then said they couldn't fix anything more. We had to take the car not driveable and found a mechanic who was floored at that the damage they did. My bill will be more than double now. His exact words were, they are not mechanics and no one should trust them again. This is ridiculous.
