Took my suv to get some TLC and picked it up with the radio not working. the lady there said nobody touched the radio and tried to say there was no proof my radio even worked when I dropped it off 🤬 I had the inside cleaned and the whole car 🚗 was cleaned with armour all they probably sprayed it straight on the dash and it got into the inside and messed it up. Great job detailing the inside and outside of my vehicle. Wait time is standard for a full detail, customer service was great and ensured it was up to par before leaving.

They haven't even attempted to contact my wife with the issue on the new Escalade, or listen to her concerns. days later no call, plus hes never there so they say, would hate for someone else to go this, Being ignored does not feel good at all. First and last time for me as well. The exterior was good, the interior needed to be cleaned again when I got home. I drive a cab for a living. 10-12 HR shifts. I didn't want to have to reclean the interior after paying to have it done.
My husband tried this place for the first time and the last. They kept assuming that he chose the standard package & saying that the wheels weren't included when he chose the white collar package specifically for the wheels. They did a terrible job & didn't give our vehicle the extra care we paid for. The wheels are the main priority to my husband, and he had to start wiping them down himself because they did such a poor job. They were rushing because they only had 2 guys working and you could tell the manager was very rude ... read more
