My husband and I got both of our vehicles from crescent auto, great financing and great customer service. Our 2017 Toyota and 2012 Dodge Ram have had no issue. We picked up our vehicle a few months back and I wanted to wait to leave a review to see how they both ran so I can leave an honest review in case anything happened after purchase, luck to say that everything turned out good . Would highly recommend!
You bought a car from then less than 2 weeks ago The entire transmission is blown I paid $6,000 for the car and they want $4,500 to fix it they're unwilling to work with us I just spent my savings trying to buy a reliable vehicle and all they did was sell me a lemon and told me to have a nice day this is the worst service I've ever had I'm out $6,000 and they could care less that's the kind of business they're choosing do not buy a car from them this is the worst experience I've ever had and when I ask the guy about the tran... read more
