The team a Freedom At Home Dialysis was amazing. My husband's case was very complex, however they worked with me to provide the best care for his circumstances and even stepped in with their home health care group when Mays Home Health abandoned him without notice. I can't thank them enough for their help, care and compassion!

It was the worst experience I ever witnessed! I don't know his position at freedom, but Lou is his name, and he was very unprofessional, and lack communication! I was trying to get in house dyalsis for my mom who's lives in a nursing home through freedom, and Lou is the person I was referred to, and he gave me all kinds of excuses! He would never call me back on how my mom Medicaid application was going, neither would he call back when he said he would after talking with me!
