Booked a stay at Deerhurst and have to say it's fine downhill since Freed tok it over. The buffet in the main dinning room was terrible, our reservation was so screwed up and we ended up in a room that was small, bed was so old the mattress was shot, we spent pur whole time trying to resolve issues and then we only had our 2ns day there but they kicked us out of our room at exactly 11am. Never again!
Current: I have not been able to get a reply from anyone at customer service, all the previous contacts are gone and no one reply or calls back. I send on average 2 emails to them a day, and have just finally given up on the phone...but it's just so frustrating!!! Previous 2nd experience: I have had great experiences with customer service in the past but since G is no longer my point of contact it's been a hit or miss, I leave messages multiple times a day as well as emails and have had only one person help, she was great bu... read more
