All male staff last Friday. (Lubbock store) Which I wouldn’t complain if any of them had some sort of customer service skills. Basically it’s like if BOH ran FOH. Not very pleasant,and all looked like they did not want to be there. Ex. Walked up to counter because napkins dispensers were empty. Asked for napkins. It was very good food and service!
Ordered a chicken burrito bowl & a steak burrito bowl through GrubHub for delivery. Delivery was fast & person was friendly, but the bowls were missing the meat altogether...so we paid for the bowls to have rice and beans without meat. $40.00 down the drain.
Where do I start? There were two men and a woman on duty. One of the men’s pants were sagging so far down that more than half of his underwear were showing. When I told the other gentleman that I had more orders, he slammed a metal object down and then walked away and got a drink before he came back to help me.
