I ate there yesterday with some friends and it was good...first time I've been there...gunna go more often
THE BURRITO BOWL WAS SO DELICIOUS I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE
First time ever eating here and the food was massively disappointing. My boyfriend hyped it up and told me it was ten times better than Chipotle, but I'd rather eat Taco Bell. Workers were great and helpful, though!

I ordered the burrito bowl with steak and it was really salty. I tried asking the person preparing my bowl to drain my beans and sauce...she "tried". Tables were dirty & the temperature in the restaurant was freezing. I wish I had taken it to go and had it in my vehicle. This place is better then chipotle and could be GREAT under new management.

I try to eat here every time i go to corpus. Lasr week i stopped to eat and i get a bowl everytime. This time when they put cilantro on it there were stems. When did they start cutting up the stems and add them to my bowl. I took pictures if need proof. Stems are nasty. Leaves should of been added not stems. Never even finished. Yuck.
Back in the 90's when I first started eating Freebirds while attending Texas A&M, this was the fun place to eat. Employees were so friendly. My visit today in Corpus, I was spoken to in a monotone robot voice. If I had never eaten a freebirds burrito before I wouldn't have understood any of the choices. My husband had to ask the the employee helping him to repeat himself multiple times because his mumbling was inaudible.
