Monster burrito is delicious!
A young family from our church went over to the highlands location Sunday, September 13 with their six children. They were told they could not put two tables together and some of the children (ages 6 and younger) would have to go across the restaurant so they wouldn’t give them Covid.... 🤦♀️The father asked to see the policy he was accused of being belligerent and made them leave. Goodbye Freebirds. Our country has just lost their ever loving mind over a stupid virus with a 99.9% recovery -get over yourselves.
a vegetarian worker refused to make a beef burrito because she did not want to touch the meat since it is against her beliefs. we had to wait for another worker to be free to come make the burrito.

The most important part of a loyalty or rewards program to the customer is the REWARD. You stole 550 of my hard earned points this week without warning. How are your loyal customers supposed to achieve ‘Legendary’ status or save points for a party for 25 friends if the points we earn will be taken away after a year?
