Your staff tonight has earned my business forever! We were all sick so I tried to use the Waitr app for the first time ever in my life… over an hour had passed the waitr customer service was not being helpful so I called your store location and they informed me the order had been ready and sitting there. I decided to pick it up myself. And because the order had been there so long your staff offered to remake everything so that I had the freshest food possible.
