I am amazingly unimpressed with your lack of customer service skills. Came in to order 4 burritos with my husband for our family, & only one person worked on the order while 3 others talked & screwed around. However, as soon as others came in the door, your staff were only too happy to start helping them. Apparently we didn't fit in with the super cool hipsters & weren't worthy of being helped in a timely fashion. 20+ minutes is absurd. You've lost previously loyal customers. Oh, & I'm putting this as polite as possible.
Crappy service, constant screw ups and not so great food. Freebirds used to be good back when they cared now not so much.
