Freebirds is always one of my favorite restaurants to eat at

I can't do it anymore, i've spent an absurd amount of money at this restaurant but the level of customer service is so pathetically bad. This includes all freebirds, their phone numbers never work, their customer service department just doesn't exist, their website is barely useable, people will just steal your food because they know no one exists to tell. The food is amazing but at what point do your customers matter more than until the first time things go wrong.
Best place to get a huge burrito! Love the carnitas the best. Extra cost for the potatoes isn’t worth it. My advice is to load up on the BBQ sauce! And I had a huge family, and the service was fast and friendly.
