This is my favorite studio!! Every instructor I have had has been amazing, always high energy, very clean in the studio, best workouts, hot Pilates is usually the class I choose and I definitely recommend. I feel amazing after and it always so rewarding.please help support Free bird fitness, they have so many options for classes, I have also taken the bounce class, loved that as well.
One of my favorite studios in St. Pete! I’m on ClassPass so I bop around but I always go back to FreeBird, especially hot sculpt in the new heated room. Every class is so welcoming, engaging, challenging, and FUN! Plus, the owner is always doing donation-based classes and drives to support local nonprofits <3
