FreeBird has a great selection of classes mixing strength, Pilates and my favorite even stretch classes to help get you into shape and build strength! 🤸🥰
Started with the two week trial. Loved it so much signed up for the membership and thought I’d try to do 3 classes a week. Now I do 5 a week, I’m obsessed! Classes get you toned and the selection of class times make it easy to work around your schedule
In the past few years I’ve taken at least 80 classes here and they’ve all been great! They’ve helped me get in shape and have more energy. I just joined as a member again after moving back to St. Pete and am so glad to be back. I love the variety, the challenging workouts, the positivity of all of the instructors, the very cute and clean atmosphere, and the class sizes. I also attended their free barre class at the pier which is every last Saturday of the month and it was so nice!
Best fitness in St. Pete with various activities/classes such as Pilates, Barre, Bounce, Stretch, Sculpt flow and so on... Love the instructors like Karen, Sanna, Bekah, Megan, Danielle... Genuinely one of the best fitness studios. I started off earlier this year using Class Pass to find a fitness studio in St Pete that I liked and after 1-2 months I was using all my credits to go to Freebird. I ended up becoming a member and I’ve had no regrets. There’s such a great variety of classes and the instructors make working out fun.
