Free Bird is an awesome, very friendly boutique gym. Bekah's barre classes are an excellent strength building workout with a variety of great exercises. Bekah takes time to walk around and make sure everyone is using proper form to maximize results. The bounce/trampoline classes are the best and most fun cardio workout too!
I chose two classes per week. All the instructors are excellent and encouraging. The classes are structured with warm-ups, a training period, and a relaxation phase. The lighting and music enhance the classes. It's impossible to get hurt. Danielle makes a point of greeting each of her students by name and maintaining a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I love this place.
This review is long overdue, especially considering I’ve taken over 100 classes at Freebird Fitness. I became a member during the hardest time of my life while going through chemo, a double mastectomy, and radiation. Even writing this makes me emotional because I had always been such an active person and suddenly all of that was taken away from me.
