The very first person I spoke to was very helpful with the paperwork and any other questions I had the case manager that I have was also very helpful and made sure that everything was addressed on needs this Tuesday we had our first counseling appointment and both of my boys really enjoyed talking to her and for my youngest is really hard for him to talk to people so far I've had a really good experience

Oof… gotta divulge all of your deep dark secrets to the staff before you even get your first appointment with the actual therapist. Intake lady seemed to have an attitude at well. The form you fill out before hand is very long and asks you to go into detail. Then they call you to nonchalantly go into deeper detail over the phone, then call again for more detail.
