Best gym in Austin! This gym really has it all. Classes, 24/7 open gym, personal training, cold plunge, and so much more. I started going to FYF after leaving a large corporate gym. My experience at FYF has always been top-tier. I started personal training with Ronica about three years ago and would join the group classes whenever I could. I love the environment, the welcoming atmosphere, and the people; everyone is really lovely! Ronica has taught me so much about exercise, nutrition, and how to better care for my body. I have been coming to this gym for a few years now. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The trainers Trellis and Ronica are very Knowledgeable. Group classes are great and they will modify the workouts in order to fit your fitness needs. This gym is open 24/7 which is a plus!
Popped in while visiting Austin and had such a terrific welcome at this well-equipped, clean gym. Coach Ronnie even helped set up bars for my super sets. Loved working out with garage doors that open to the outdoors. Great place.
