Appears to be permanently closed. They still have the same hours posted on their front door, but the door was locked and the lights were off. Nobody picks up the phone when you call, it just drops the call eventually. And I have no idea where there could have been drive-thru testing because it's a corner storefront along two public streets with no parking lot.

Quickest testing site in Chicago. Very professional staff.
Best clinic in town. Fast service and everyone at the clinic is amazing and nice to talk to. It is very fast paced and the staff explains you the directions of the test so it’s easy to understand. I got my results in 2 days also. Definitely check them out !!
