The driver demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. He arrived late and immediately adopted a hostile attitude, complaining about the fact that my car was slightly lowered—a detail that should not have been an issue for any competent tow operator. 0 Stars! Free State Towing left their broken equipment on the road after they towed a stuck vehicle the evening before. Which I can understand, it was dark & cold. I called the next day to notify them that their negligence caused me a flat tire. The lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told me it wasn't their equipment. Yea sure, lots of towing equipment just laying on the road. Thanks Free State Towing.

Shout out to Free State Towing! After last night, you will always be my first choice. My dog got out in the rain and I pulled over on the side of the road near a field to try and find him. My tires got stuck in the mud. I waited over three hours for another tow truck that never came. A good samaritan flagged down Free State Towing at a gas station at 1 am and he came and pulled me out and did not charge. Thank you again and God bless you!
