Ashley is amazing!! She is both professional and personable. She has created an atmosphere that allows one to relax with confidence. She came recommended by my chiropractor as I had been experiencing sciatic type pain for a week that was unrelieved with chiropractic care. She was able to target my problem areas and through deep tissue massage I felt relief after just one session. I won’t hesitate to return.
Ashley is an amazing massage practitioner, one of the best I've had. She digs in, finds just the right spot and I always walk out feeling 100x better than when I walked in. She is also a delightful and insightful person to be around, such amazing energy. I wish I could see her weekly!
I’ve been seeing Ashley for about two years, and I feel so lucky to have found her. She’s warm, authentic, and a natural when it comes to making me feel heard and cared for. She’s passionate about helping her clients achieve mind/body healing, and she’s amazing at her craft. I also have seen Faren a few times since she joined Ashley’s practice, and I can’t say enough good things about her. She has a really calm and grounded presence.
I love Heidi! She really focuses on my body’s medical needs. It’s not just a massage to remove knots and feel good, it’s also education on how to prevent these knots from showing up. She’s great at giving me easy take home stretches that I can do just by myself at work to help out with these knots in my high stress areas. I don’t know what I would do without her!!
Faren is amazing at her craft! I saw her for a sports/deep tissue massage for a shoulder injury and neck stiffness which had me in daily pain. I work in the building trades which requires my body to move/lift/etc. I was so frustrated! Faren asked for for what I wanted to focus on and worked some sort of magic because a few days later I had so much more movement and SIGNIFICANT pain decrease.
