My treatments have allowed me to make significant strides in therapy. I cannot recommend Free State enough.
I write this review to hopefully save others from having to go through the hell Melissa Ward has put me through. My therapeutic sessions with Melissa would go on for hours at times. We would talk about my reasons for seeing her, but a lot of times we talked about each other. She told me things about her family that I had no right knowing. Sometimes not very flattering. My therapist, Asia Douglas, was able to very quickly diagnose my condition and treat it with a medication that all of my other therapists and doctors somehow missed over the past 8 years. I highly recommend Free State Health and Wellness, and Asia Douglas is terrific!
I've been to a number of practices throughout my life, and Melissa Ward is a great doctor. She knows her stuff, cares and, goes out of her way to be available.
Please save yourself the aggravation and find help else where. This practice, the nurse practitioner's experience on paper looks great, but this a new business for them and it really shows. There was no healing for me. It was the complete opposite. I hope this review helps those in need. There is help out there. Don't give up.
