I just needed to leave this review so that maybe it can help alleviate someone else’s dental fears too. First, this place is EXCELLENT in dealing with dental anxiety/trauma. Every time I’ve come here all of the staff are kind, patient, gentle, and super sweet the entire appointment and while I’m telling them about my anxieties/concerns. I had dental trauma as a kid have always feared the dentist since, but this entire staff and office makes me so comforted and relieved every time. I've been using Freestate for several years now and seen several people come and go. . The service you get there remains the best in town because they run a good place. Everyone is professional and friendly.
Sidney- Lawrence Free State Dental. I came in for an emergency and expected the usual rushed experience, but Sidney made it feel completely different. She was genuinely attentive, took time to explain things, and made it feel personal instead of transactional. That’s rare and it’s exactly why I keep coming back. Thank you.
They did a great job talking me through the process. Lucky for myself I take care of my teeth and oral health. Brush and floss! They do xrays of your teeth, head and sinus area.
