Always a great idea to visit this microbrewery! Wonderful staff, food and atmosphere. I always visit Free State when I'm in Lawrence.
Used to live in Lawrence and go alot! Now we go every time we come back, beer and food is always wonderful along with all the staff! If we don't go while were there it's like a wasted trip!

Always been a fan: the Oatmeal Stout and Copperhead IPA are personal faves, and I've never been disappointed with a meal there.
REALLY enjoyed the butternut penne tonight. Kudos to the chef!!
One of the best in Lawrence.
I go every month. My favorite thing about Free State is the different beers that are kept on tap always something different to choose from. Food is hands down the best in my book!!! Keep up the great work Free State...see you very soon.
