Me and my girlfriend got tested West Nile Virus, Darren was not helpful.
Never got my results back and I got tested Dec 31. Currently Jan 9
I waited in line for a whole 3 hours. I was the next vehicle and boom, with no communication what so ever to me. They put up a sign reading “on lunch break until 2:10” yeah I get you need a break but you couldn’t have told me? & you guys couldn’t have staggered your lunch to better serve everyone?
Terrible service!!! Very slow and many people were turned away before closing time. I understand everyone could not be see but it definitely could have been handled better! If you’re looking for a Covid test, do not give this location a second thought!
Got my test done at this location on NYE which is four days ago and no results yet. Not sure if it was due to holiday or what but seems a little rediculous. At other sites I have gone to in the past, I’ve received the results within 2 days.
