Me and my girlfriend got tested West Nile Virus, Darren was not helpful.
Never got my results back and I got tested Dec 31. Currently Jan 9
I waited in line for a whole 3 hours. I was the next vehicle and boom, with no communication what so ever to me. They put up a sign reading “on lunch break until 2:10” yeah I get you need a break but you couldn’t have told me? & you guys couldn’t have staggered your lunch to better serve everyone?
Terrible service!!! Very slow and many people were turned away before closing time. I understand everyone could not be see but it definitely could have been handled better! If you’re looking for a Covid test, do not give this location a second thought!
