Perhaps you should change the wording on the website that states the facility is open ?? this is the second time I’ve been here for a more than 64 miles round-trip ,and both times it stated it was open, and it was closed -thanks for nothing!!!!!

This company is under investigation in 20+ states, beware. I still don’t have my results and tested over 3 weeks ago. I have called with hour + hold times to be told my results would be emailed within 3 hours and still don’t have them. Frustrating and unorganized even with the surge. It’s not an acceptable excuse.

NOT an approved testing site per WI Health Dept. It’s unclear who runs their tests and they're under investigation in many states. They require lots of your personal info that could be used for ID theft. Beware!

I had wonderful and very fast service. The staff was great. I was surprised when the owner stopped and said hello.
