VERY nice and polite, however, testing is COMPLETELY INACCURATE!!! I was skeptical of the negative results I received with the rapid testing so I went to Walgreens. Of course, I was positive! I had all the symptoms so I had no doubt. These guys used the same tests the government was giving away for free. Reports claim they are only 40% accurate. Smh This is such a hazard to our community! This is why we can't control the virus.Just a heads up. I appreciate the niceness but I'd rather you be rude and I don't infect my family.

Went to get tested, they said they were out of the rapid test so the test they had on hand would give me results 3-5 days after. They told me they emailed me my results in that time frame. Went on Sunday January 2nd and it's Friday January 14th and still nothing. I called 5 days later asking about my results and they told me to text them my info and would get back to me and they never did. Don't waste your time go to a different place.

I'm so sorry, but the fact that it's been a week and I still don't have my results is pretty unacceptable, I been told it would take a week to get my results. I went last Wednesday to get tested too, still nothing

My family and I went around the 31st of December to get a COVID test done. Was told that we should receive our results within 24-48 hours, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I’ve gotten no results. Wouldn’t recommend.

This place has to be one of those places that the news warned about being fake testing place, got tested a week ago and still no results, even called and no answer
