Had high hopes using Rich and his son but was utterly dissapointed. They misrepresented themselves and their professionalism. The work dragged on for months and work was sub par. He never completed the work that was promised and paid for Buyer beware. I had to hire a competent and professional plumber to finish Rich’s unfinished work. Rich’s arrogance and cockiness doesn’t transfer over to his work ethic and integrity unfortunately. Buyer Beware.
He’s good. Came and fixed my broken pipe for a great price. Gonna use him going forward.

I had the pleasure of working with John briefly when I called in a panic because of a leak in my kitchen sink Long story...he walked me through steps over the phone with problem shooting. With his direction I fixed my issue in seconds. He took his time...was patient and kind. Cost me nothing, but now I have my plumber for life . Won't call anyone else if I can get John. Thanks again John!!!🤗
If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Rich came out promptly, fixed my problem and at all times was professional and courteous. He also took the time to explain things to me. I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing issues and I highly recommend him
