Great store! The displays were nice, the associates were friendly and helpful! I found everything I needed!
They got cops standing at the front of the store.
I went into Free people with my daughter on Mother's Day, hoping for a nice shopping experience but I left feeling really disappointed. We asked for help with sunglasses, and the staff member went to check the back stock right in front of us. As they opened and slammed drawers, the entire dresser was shaking and the sunglasses were still sitting on top. it felt careless and unprofessional.
