My favorite store ever. Never disappoints.
This was based on my experience with their website, freepeople.com Literally the worst customer care ever. They sent me the incorrect item and I never received the item I ordered. They refunded me after I filed the claim with a photo of the incorrect item and sent me a return shipping label. I sent back the incorrect item and 2 months later, I get an email that says I am being charged for the item.
