They hire some of the meanest women I’ve ever encountered. It’s an active, deliberate rudeness. Please do better in vetting your cashiers and sales people.
Great selection of FP clothes and sizes, but as a POC, my experience has not been great. I was racially profiled and stared down by another Poc staff here (the big brown lady), she didn’t ask me for my name when I needed a fitting room, and just gave me a room with somebody’s name on it, which I thought was odd but ok… then I heard her asking for EVERYBODY’s name before she put them in a fitting room, obviously besides me. Came in to find some clothes for a birthday party and was greeted by Libby. She was so kind and very helpful in finding me clothes that looked good on me and my style. Would definitely recommend!
I came here specifically to try on athletic wear. Unbeknownst to me this store carries NO athletic wear and it is exclusively at the Free People Movement store in Bellevue. I like free people, but the things in this store weren’t what I would typically go for - lots of jean material and unfinished edges. The dressing rooms had terrible lighting.
