Worst experience at free people store Young guy on the floor with lots of piercing . Not at all paying attention . Very very rude employee . When asked for fitting room he did not ieven look at me . Judy pointed . Highly dissatisfied and disappointed . When I checked out he donot even say thank u . Need to be trained again as free people is known for smiling faces . If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at the Bellevue Square Free People was disappointing on every level — and unfortunately, not for the first time. I walked in, made eye contact with an employee at the register, smiled — and she frowned at me without a word. A few minutes later, I watched her greet other customers cheerfully. Called ahead about a piece to ask if they had it in stock, the girls were so kind and helpful over the phone, got in and got what I wanted knowing it'd be there waiting for me in my size. couldn't be more happy about my shopping experience!
