Went here on a whim a while back. The young lady instructing at the time was wonderful! Very kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcome, even though I was the oldest there. (You're never too old to start a new hobby!) All ages groups, and a great place to start if you're new to any kind of MMA. Hoping I can go back soon. :)
