I hired these people after getting into an accident where I was hit by a drunk driver in July 2024. Since signing the contract, I have hardly heard from them. The longer this case goes on the less I hear from them, the paralegal that I was assigned to mixed up my information with someone else and no matter how many times I told him the correct information he never corrected it.
