I am always amazed at the outstanding customer service EVERY time I go in. I mean EVERY time, I always feel very comfortable asking anything and they are always ready to give that extra help. I picked up two bikes today from tune ups and Alex took the time to explain how we were to correctly remove and replace the front tire and even helped us load in on the car rack at my request. Kyle is always great also and the older gentleman. Just everyone! A HUGE thank you!!! What a group!
Received excellent advice when choosing a new road bike. Love how they invite you on group rides to help you settle into your purchase. Will continue to buy accessories, and bikes from Free Flight.
Won't be buying another bike here. The sale is more exporting to them than the customers fit. I might as well have bought it off the internet or at walmart.
Took my bike out for service. Randy did the repairs. He is awesome. Excellent customer service. Thank you Randy. It was nice meeting you. I'm still hoping you win the lottery. LOL!
