I recently got into biking and was searching for some additional equipment and information. I stopped in today and the sales associate was knowledgeable, grounded, and just overall very helpful and patient with me. She never made me feel uncomfortable when asking basic questions. I made a few different purchases and the Free Flight staff helped me with everything from shoe fitting to installing new clip in pedals. Thanks for the great experience today!

I had a very unique ticket for a bike repair that didn't go quite as planned for them and they went above and beyond to fix the situation. 5-star/A+ rating for this crew. The employees were knowledgeable and worked very quickly. Prompt notifications about repairs were a nice touch too, I felt in the loop the whole time. Bought my bike 5 years ago and they will still tune it up for me for free! This place is amazing, customer for life!
