When this place is actually open, they're quick and efficient. Check in is easy and I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes....until today 2/10/22. It's almost 8:30am and their hours posted say open at 8am. They still aren't open. If you aren't going to abide by the hours posted online, then don't post them. And give a proper contact number on the signs that someone will actually answer so people can confirm open times and get test results when the emails don't come through.

I needed something quick and efficient and this facility did just that and more! Super amazing service and friendly staff! They have to deal with hundreds of people every day and we have to be able to recognize people that are doing a super great job. The results were quick, and I left feeling good about my visit that day. These are hard times and we need to all come together and treat each other better and just be kind. The employees here embody that mission and I am extremely grateful.
