Please don’t come! Unless you see that the physical line is close to the PODS container, don’t try it. Showed up at 8am for an appointment. It took over 3 hours! Staff didn’t show up and they didn’t start until 9. They take atleast 50 cars for each appointment time!
This place is a complete joke. Set an appointment for 11.20am and 4 hours later still in line and not tested!!! Website says results in 3-5 hours- workers on site are quoting 24 to 48 hours for results. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!
Wow, so, couldn't and still can't get a person to answer the phone. I was the 4th car to show uo when it was still dark outside.. The employees showed up one at a time ,late, the first one at 720 when my appointment was for 7. And it was the most unorganized , unprofessional, waste of time and energy. Also, the website wouldn't let me check in and still isn't updated or accurate. This place needs to be reviewed by OSHA and needs some kind of managerial/medical training/retraining. If I could give this place no stars I would. I booked an appt but didn’t read the reviews first. Now that I’ve been waiting in line coming up on an hour, I had a chance to read them. The wait is real. I had a 9:25 appt. It’s 10:18. I’m easily 100 ft+ from the entrance and I would guess it will be at least another hour or more to get in. I expected this early in Covid, but now?
