Went yesterday 01-12-2022. Waited while do not disturb sign was hung in door. Female came out and yelled at myself and others who were standing outside to form a line. Very rude. Made us take 5 people inside small room and take tests together. I had to wait while a mother with 4 children filled out the paperwork. She had to explain the test to all of us at once. So for thirty minutes I was stuck in a room with strangers and an employee who couldn’t or wouldn’t wear her mask over her nose properly. Never received my test resu... read more

This was my 3 time to this location. My first 2 times here were a totaly different experiance but it so close to my house i went back again even with not having the greatest experience prior to this one.There was a lady and a gentleman working. Even though the line was long they were able to keep it moving I waited about 45 mins to take my rapid test. Their online information says it's open every day of the week, I just came (On a Sunday at 3:00 pm) and it's closed and has a sign at the door saying it's only open Monday through Friday.

Went on Sunday 1/9/22 Google said they open at 8 the door said 9 on Sundays stood in line for an hour and still no workers inside/door locked. No number to call this was not a good experience and it was freezing outside
