I had an appointment today at 2pm and when I arrived the clinic was closed with a sign on the door that read “10 minute break per management”. I arrived on time for my appointment but I still waited until they opened the door. A man finally took the sign down and unlocked the door at 2:15pm. Have been waiting over 2 hours for "rapid results". Was promised 30 min or less, no local phone number for this location, no answers to emails requesting results.

The facility was extremely busy and it was absolutely unacceptable that there was only 1 employee!!! You are responsible for ensuring your employees are in a safe working environment. Which was definitely not the case when one guy is responsible for handing out forms, taking the tests, labeling the tests, and managing the line! The conditions are completely unsafe for both the employees and the people getting tested who are in a crowded room.
