Carl worked with me to finish design of a valued family memory piece. When i came to Carl, all but the engraving had been completed, so Carl was limited by what he could do and he creatively overcame challenges to produce the final product. His patience creativity and attention to detail makes me a real fan. I am now challenged to come up with a new project to see if I can stump him. Great work Carl!
