This location unfortunately suffers due to the conduct of two front desk staff members—one Black and one white—who consistently display poor customer service. The primary receptionist is especially rude and dismissive, often behaving as though basic professionalism doesn’t apply to her role. I have been going here for about 8 years and I have never had a problem until today. Wednesday I called for a refill on my prescription and didn’t hear anything back, so Thursday rolls around and I call and the front desk told me the doctor got the message but she hadn’t said anything nor refilled the prescription. Most of the staff and especially Dr Powell Is amazing and take the time to explain and listen and treat you with respect. There’s a person who is loud and unpredictable has no bedside manner and talks to you like you’re a kindergartner who’s in trouble for something they had not been told they needed. It’s amazing how differently you’re treated when you’re mixing up them for the camera and when you’re a patient. I have been going to this clinic for 18 plus years now. You will not find a better place to be seen for any medical reasons. They really listen to there patients..There nice and very respectful and professional. I want to take this time to say thanks to each and everyone that works at this clinic . Thanks for all yall do..
Very happy with my time here, it was easy to be seen and the staff are friendly and knowledgably. It's an affordable solution for those that lack insurance and need medical assistance.
