After reviewing a commercial property appraisal this company had done I was horrified to find blatant mistakes like using bulk development sales comps from 2009-2012 for a property being built in 2016. The photos shown of the subject property were WRONG, a lot of the data the appraisal quoted was from 2013 & prior and no longer applicable. I received two appraisals from them and both were horrible. The appraiser refused to utilize relevant comps that were both closer in location and quality only to look further out to deliberately bring down the homes value. Each time we appealed he arrogantly refused to review any additional data.
