This dealership sold my son one car on 2/13/23,took his 1200.00 down payment. They outright lied about vehicle, they delayed delivery by four days. He arrived to pack up vehicle sales staff said his finiancing fell through, but he qualified for another vehicle. First car signed for on 2/13/23 2022 Kia sorento demo with 5k miles. Second car they produced was a damaged 2019 Kia sorento for approximately same price. He was miraculously approved for financing. I went to service my 2015 Kia Forte. Elizabeth and the service department provided excellent customer service. She represented something that businesses have forgotten.
