Just wanted to express how great of a job Angeló did on my truck today. He did a flawless job. Also, Thomas was very personable and transparent. Two great guys. The job was quick and the price was well worth it. I would encourage you to go see these guys for anything pertaining to your vehicle. Thankyou so much.
Horrible service, better go elsewhere! The prices are unreasonably high but it wouldn’t be an issue if the quality was okay. The repair guy which was assigned to me looked like it’s his first day he was searching Google to find out how to fix the issue. If you want your vehicle to be destroyed, bring it to Fred’s.
Yesterday, on 01/14/2026 my Toyota Tundra Hybrid 2026 was destroyed by the cover installer. He did not know how to work with the cover and the hybrid vehicle. He was warned multiple times by the owner - the car is brand new, please do not make any mistakes. Unfortunately, the installer had to use youtube videos how to put this cover on FORD F150!!! He drilled multiple holes, he broke the rear seat mechanism, he threw the keys on the ground refusing to finish his work. Unbelievable. I will contact the authorities.
Absolutely horrible practice at Fred’s here, my brother’s truck was brought for some simple bed cover repair. They were unable to fix the issue, and on top of that caused more significant damages to the brand new truck. The person who performed the ‘repairs’ was rude and disrespectful towards the customer and couldn’t admit his unprofessionalism and make it the right way. Not sure what to do at this point, definitely will look for some legal advice to get fair compensation for that horrible issue. Stay away!
Service wasn’t good. And they broke my truck, I don’t know what to do know. Who is gonna fix that.
