I have always experienced great customer service
I really wanted to use them because they are local. Unfortunately they are very unprofessional. Three times this last week they told me to come in and when I get there they tell me they are too busy. The third time I actually made an appointment to make sure but I was turned away again because they scheduled me on a day that the mechanic took off.
