I came looking to get my tire fixed and the woman working the front counter couldn't get off her personal phone call long enough to handle customers. I walked out. I will go somewhere else.
The whole experience was good. Called the shop, spoke to Jackson, told him about the 3” lift I had installed and the wheel spacers/size/brand of tires I wanted to use. He gets it - I can tell he knows his stuff. I dropped my 4Runner off a few days later. While it was there I asked them to flush the brakes. They did it- at no charge. The front office keep me posted on progress and made sure I knew when it was going to be done. And a military discount to boot. A heart felt thank you to everyone there. Rob Hurtt
