Fred Knapp is truly a class act. From the first conversation, to the delivery of the completed unit, he stayed in touch with progress updates. Doing business on a handshake was enough to tell me that I made the right choice. The quality speaks for itself, built with pride in every aspect. On delivery day, his top notch crew set it on the pad and were done in 15 minutes. Not sure what the other Google reviewer (Candie) is referring to, but I did call the phone number listed on Google (and visited Fred's website)... all accurate. Fred was very pleasant to talk with, and he confirmed that some sheds can be viewed at the Lafayette address (which is closest to us). I'm sure shed availability varies from time to time. They had nothing there. I mean nothing!!!!
Fred was wonderful ever step of the way for our 12 x 12 shed. He kept me informed when he could and was such a pleasure to discuss the plans with. The pricing was also fair. The sheds are Amish built and Fred was able to customize the siding and roof to match my house. This is a great investment for the property as opposed to a cheap metal eyesore.
