Very disappointed, we placed our order, two burgers and chips, chips were under cooked and soggy. I ordered a horseradish slider, my husband ordered a garlic burger. Waitress flopped my burger down and left without so much as looking at us. That was the last we saw of her, 5 mins.and no second hamburger later my husband had to get back into the order line looking for his dinner, all they said was we forgot yours! Great burgers, fries and homemade chips. Those fresh cut potatoes for chips and fries really make them delicious
I didnt hate it, BUT...Our waitress Trish was rude, the food was not as good as it was the last time I was there, many many years ago. We ordered cheese curds, fries and 2 burgers. Got the cheese curds right away, but also got the fries that were not cooked long enough. Then about 10 min later we got the burgers. Well of course we ate the fries while they were hot but would have liked them with the burgers better. The menu said you got lettuce and tomato with the burger. When burger came no lettuce or tomato. I would give 0 stars if I could. I don't see all the rage about this place at all! Worlds best burgers? Did you guys just make that up? Curious who gave you that title, because I can make a better burger at home. First of all I walk in and have no idea if I'm supposed to sit down or where to order, very confusing from the start.
